How it all started for me in Real Estate... When I had my first job, a friend of mine told me that if you like what you do, not only will you be successful, but you will enjoy life. At that time, I did not fully understand what it means because I quite enjoy my job and feel content. So I did not start my career in real-estate, I was in Tool and Die Manufacturing Engineering industry.

However, I am fortunate to gain the knowledge about properties when I bought my own first property investments profitable in Singapore and second property in Coimbatore city of Tamil Nadu,India. It was quite challenging in the beginning because my folks were sold properties that were not making money, also known as, not prime properties.

I did not know that at the time I buying and trusted my agents to help me buy the right one. It turned out quite badly for me. In my venture to turn it around, I discovered the many facets around real-estate from selecting the right property, the right location or district, the right developers that provide reliable structure, the right contractors that will deliver your agreements, the best interior designers that can give that chic look for your place, the bankers offering the lowest interest rates, the laws around buildings, the rental trends and tenant choices.

It was overwhelming but I found myself enjoying what I am doing. I managed to reverse the situation of mine’ investments and all their properties are making money now but above all I found a new passion in me and that is to be a real-estate agent that will be equipped with the timely and accurate information to advise my clients on the property they need or want. I believe in straightforward explanations. People are smart enough to make their own decisions so long as they have all of the pertinent information in order to take everything into consideration. Hiding, misleading, not disclosing information aren't going to help you find the right home nor sell the one you have. They won't help me earn an income either. There are many bad stereotypes of real estate agents and I work very hard to ensure that people realize they don't apply to all agents, especially not me.
